The New York City Center Box Office is located at 131 West 55th street (Between 6th and 7th Avenues). Box Office window is open Mon-Sat, Noon-8pm and Sun, Noon-7:30pm for New York City Center and Manhattan Theatre Club performance ticket purchases.

Snow Policy for Fanny
Regardless of the weather, Encores performances will continue as scheduled. The performers and crew are making extraordinary efforts to travel to New York City Center, and we encourage you to make every effort to attend.
If you purchased tickets through New York City Center or TDF and it is impossible for you to travel to the theater and you must reschedule, please call CityTix® between 11a and 8p at 212-581-1212 to reschedule for another performance of Fanny (Sat, Feb 6 at 8p or Sun, Feb 7 at 6:30pm). Please note that your replacement tickets will be in the Gallery section of the theater. You will receive the replacement tickets only if you reschedule prior to your originally scheduled performance. Also, you must bring the original un-used tickets to the Box Office on your new date.
There are no refunds. However, you can receive a tax-deductible contribution for the face value of your tickets if you return your torn tickets at least two hours prior to the performance you are unable to attend in one of the following ways:
