Judith Jamison herself will present a brand new ballet, with original music by the cutting-edge composer Eric Lewis. Continuing her tradition of providing opportunities for the hottest contemporary choreographers, Jamison has commissioned world premieres by Ronald K. Brown and Company veteran Matthew Rushing. Jamison’s Emmy Award-winning Hymn returns this season with guest star Anna Deavere Smith live onstage at select performances.
