 The mainstage proscenium theater provides a uniquely intimate theatrical setting for audiences, and can accommodate a maximum seating capacity of 2,753. When the full capacity is not needed, only the lower levels of the theater may be opened to fit your need and reduce the staffing costs. Some events use only the lower half of the house for a capacity of 1,351 or include the full mezzanine level without the gallery for capacity of 1,919. City Center has three levels of permanent audience seating totaling 2,684 seats. When there is no orchestra in the pit, 69 additional prime pit seats can be installed.

Parties / Catering
 Parties and receptions in the theater spaces may only be booked in affiliation with staged presentations. A selection of the theater’s spaces can be utilized for receptions accommodating groups from 30 to 1000 people.
Catering for any event at City Center can be arranged through Restaurant Associates who provide an excellent range of services for small and large functions. Other caterers may also be used.
