Can I Get Tickets in Advance?
Yes! When you sign up, you will be prompted to log in and verify your age/identity, and that allows you to buy tickets in advance. Once verified, let the page refresh, and click “EXPLORE SHOWS” to browse what’s available. Your $28 Access tickets are now available for digital delivery, because of this added security step.

Can I Buy Same-Day?
Yes! You can purchase tickets in-person at the box office on the day of the performance. Just present your photo ID and collect your tickets — subject to availability.

Is Student Rush Available?
If you’re a current student, you may purchase student rush, same-day tickets for $23 (fees included) with a current, photo student ID for select performances. Present your photo student ID at the box office on the day of the performance to buy tickets (maximum of two). Tickets are subject to availability.

Some Disclaimers:

• A valid photo ID is required to purchase tickets online, over the phone, or at the City Center box office (131 W. 55 Street). Your ID must match the name on the ticket(s).
• Those who purchase early will have access to better seat locations than those who buy later. Ticket availability is not guaranteed and changes by production.
• Limited to two tickets per person, per production.
• Tickets are nontransferable and subject to a $15 exchange fee per ticket.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different production.
• Failure to provide proof of age will result in an upcharge to the ticket’s full price
