Endowment

Endowment 2023

Annual giving alone cannot provide sufficient resources for New York City Center to meet the needs of our organization.

Therefore, New York City Center maintains permanent endowments to help provide long-term stability and security for the organization. We invite you to consider a gift to New York City Center’s endowment.

Permanent Unrestricted Endowment

New York City Center maintains a permanent endowment to underwrite unrestricted cash flow needs of the organization. This reserve is of vital importance to City Center as it provides critical flexibility in the event of a future shortfall in the annual budget.

Fall for Dance Endowment

Courtesy of a leadership grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Fall for Dance Endowment was created in 2007 to help maintain the Festival’s ambitious artistic scope and low ticket prices. City Center continues to seek additional supporters for the campaign.

The Peter Loeb Arts Education Fund

With a goal of $1 million, the Peter Loeb Fund will provide long term stability for City Center’s widespread dance and musical theater educational programming in New York City’s public schools.

New York City Center recognizes Endowment Gifts with commemorative opportunities such as seat or space naming, allowing us to honor our endowment supporters in perpetuity. For more information, please contact Naomi Weinstock, Vice President of Development, at 212.763.1203 or NWeinstock@NYCityCenter.org.
