Two evenings of eclectic repertoire featuring exciting new works and revivals that reflect 50 years of DTH artistry. See DTH co-founder & Artistic Director Emeritus Arthur Mitchell’s Tones II, a work he created for the company in 1970 as he re-imagines it for this 50TH anniversary year; the New York premiere of resident choreographer Robert Garland’s as-yet-untitled newest culture bending work and a company revival of Adagietto #5, Royston Maldoom’s sublime trinity set to the music of Gustav Mahler. Geoffrey Holder’s spectacular Dougla closes the program.
