Overview

The School of American Ballet’s Co-Chairman of Faculty Kay Mazzo and faculty members will explain key principles of George Balanchine’s aesthetic and show how his technique is taught to dancers at the school he founded in 1934. Young Balanchine dancers-in-the-making now training at the school, along with stars of New York City Ballet, will demonstrate and perform.

A limited number of tickets are still available for President’s Council members starting at the $2,500 level. President’s Council members enjoy access to house seats and other special benefits throughout the season. Please call 212.763.1257 for more information.
